Tammy specializes in marriage, transitions and First Responder coaching. Her book "Searching For" draws from her traumatic childhood and professional expertise to offer hope and healing. As a cop's wife for 28 years, she supports First Responders, leveraging her unique background. Tammy founded Breaking Waves Mentoring and Victims in Crisis, Turmoil, and Recovery (VICTORY), and has lobbied for victim's rights nationwide. Her upcoming book, "In the Ring," offers a an experience to prepare, repair and strengthen marriages. Tammy is also a devoted wife, mother of four, and grandmother of two.

My work exists for one reason: to give you hope. Life can be so complicated, and we can often find ourselves feeling like we are the only person in the world with our particular struggle and we long for solutions.​
